Shevrin Jones is a product of the public school system, and he believes in the State of Florida providing a quality education for all students. As a former AP Biology & Chemistry teacher, Shevrin understands what it takes to empower administrators, teachers, parents, and students. Shev Jones supports a system that works for all students, one that is not pulling dollars away from our public schools and putting them in the hands of companies who have no accountability system in place.

Lastly, Shev believes in higher education, and he knows the challenges of college affordability. That's why he fights for the students who may not have, but would like to further their education.

SHEVRIN JONES WILL CONTINUE TO:
* Support our public schools to ensure that they receive the funding needed to provide every child, no matter their zip code, with a quality education.
* Fight for teacher salaries, ensuring that Florida matches the national average.
* Work to ensure that we are not just promoting college, but we are supporting those students who would prefer to go into vocational education.
* Vote against any legislation that takes money away from our public schools.
* Advocate for accountability for charter schools and their operators.
