Issue Position

I currently serve on the Wilmington Hope Commission, an organization focused on breaking the chain of recidivism that sees too many young men leave prison only to be caught up in crime again. I sincerely believe that our justice system should be just as interested in keeping people out of jail before arrest and after release as it is in formal prosecution and incarceration.
