Jay Hoffman is a former prosecutor and law enforcement official who is tough on criminals. While serving as Director of Probation and Court Services for the 20th Judicial Circuit Court, Jay created a mandatory drug testing program for probationers, which was later used as a model for programs throughout the state.

He's found to get touch on domestic violence against women and to give prosecutors more tools to put rapists and abusers behind bars. He's fighting to protect critical services, like life-saving breast cancer screenings and funding for shelters that service victims of domestic violence.
