Congresswoman Jacky Rosen (NV-03) released the following statement commemorating the 30th anniversary of National Coming Out Day:

"Coming out is one of the most personal and life-changing moments for LGBTQ individuals, and I'm proud to stand with our LGBTQ community and be an advocate for equality in Congress. Despite our progress, the LGBTQ community continues to face numerous obstacles, and that's why I'm supporting the Equality Act to ensure LGBTQ Nevadans and Americans are fully protected against discrimination."
