Today, Ranking Member of the Senate Energy and Natural Resources Committee Maria Cantwell (D-Wash.) made the following statement regarding Kevin McIntyre stepping down as Chairman of the Federal Energy Regularity Commission:

"My heart goes out to Kevin McIntyre and his family in this difficult time. I wish him a speedy recovery," said Senator Cantwell.
