Sherrill Condemns Terrorist Attacks

Statement

After the delivery of bombs to elected officials across the country and CNN in New York, Mikie Sherrill released the following statement:
"These acts of terrorism should serve to remind us of that we cannot and will not succumb to those who seek to threaten our freedoms and our democracy. We must in the strongest terms condemn attacks on elected officials and the press, symbols of our democracy, and come together as a country. I trust in our law enforcement agencies to find justice and applaud their swift response to these attacks."
