For far too many decades Columbiana and Mahoning Counties have suffered from families and individuals fleeing to areas of the country where "the grass was greener." It is this very loss that has exacerbated our problem of an economic malaise. The loss of talented, educated, hardworking people must be stopped if we are to grow stronger as a community.
Michael Rulli understands that there is only one way to deal with this seemingly insurmountable issue -- bringing together the key stakeholders: business, labor, education, and government. A unified approach is the only answer and, as our state senator, Michael will have the resources to put his Population Stabilization Plan into action.
