Issue Position: Tolling on the Columbia River

Issue Position

I will not support tolling on the I-5 and I-205 bridges without an increase in lane capacity. We need more lanes and better infrastructure to reduce traffic congestion and improve freight mobility. We must give defined improvements where we will see actual results. These improvements must occur on both sides of the Columbia and I promise I will work with whomever wants to be a part of this solution.
