Cotton Praises Proposed NLRB Rule Change

Earlier today, the National Labor Relations Board proposed a joint-employer rule that would reverse the board's 2015 Browning-Ferris decision. The rule may be found here. After the rule's publication, Senator Tom Cotton (R- Arkansas) released the following statement:

"By reversing the Obama-era Browning-Ferris standard, the National Labor Relations Board's proposed rule returns to the time-honored definition of "joint employer.' This change will remove the threat posed to business owners and their employees and is a victory for any Arkansan who enjoys the convenience of local franchises."
