Every American deserves to be treated with dignity and respect. Tina believes we need to defend the progress that has been made for LGBTQ equality and fight the injustices that still exist for too many LGBTQ Americans.

As Chief of Staff:

Helped pass marriage equality in Minnesota.
Passed strong anti-bullying policy.
In the Senate:

Supports a bill making it illegal to fire someone for being LGBTQ.
Cosponsor of the Student Non-Discrimination Act to help prevent discrimination and bullying of students.
