Gov. Ricketts: Revenue Trend a Sign of Growing Incomes

Today, Governor Pete Ricketts issued a statement following news that final state general fund tax receipts for Fiscal Year 2017-18 grew $62 million above projections. Overall, state revenues grew seven percent year-over-year.
"Rising incomes for Nebraska's families and businesses are the highlight of this year's revenue report, which is more evidence of the growth Nebraska has been experiencing. Continued growth will allow us to continue our work on property tax relief."
