Congresswoman Chellie Pingree (D-Maine) released the following statement in response to the Maine Superior Court's decision ordering the LePage Administration to implement Medicaid Expansion:

"I applaud the Maine Superior Court's decision stating that more than 70,000 low-income Mainers should be able to sign up for health care next month. The order is clear: the LePage Administration cannot veto Maine's voter-approved Medicaid Expansion law."
