U.S. Representative David Kustoff (TN-08) today released the following statement following President Donald Trump's nomination of Judge Brett Kavanaugh to serve on the United States Supreme Court.
"I am pleased to hear President Trump's nomination of Judge Brett Kavanaugh to serve on the Supreme Court of the United States," said Congressman Kustoff. "I believe Judge Kavanaugh is a prime example of a Justice who will uphold conservative values and interpret the law justly and fairly. It is my hope that the Senate will act swiftly through the confirmation process."
