Issue Position

As a former small business owner, Joe understands what it takes to create jobs and build an economy that works for working people. Over the years, Joe has championed numerous job creation and economic development initiatives. His work with the Finger Lakes Regional Economic Development Council has helped bring hundreds of good-paying jobs to the Rochester area and he has authored millions in business tax cuts and credits to help ease the burden on local business owners.
