"#Hawaii, Alaska, Guam & the mainland have been placed in the crosshairs of the intensifying nuclear threat posed by North Korea for far too long. We cannot afford any delays or preconditions to pursuing direct diplomatic talks, denuclearizing North Korea, and securing peace. We cannot afford for this crisis to be prolonged or to escalate further, as lives in Hawai"i and around the world are hanging in the balance.
