During Military Appreciation Month, Rosen Fights to Secure Funding in Fiscal Year 2019 Appropriations for Programs Assisting Nevada Military Families

Congresswoman Jacky Rosen (NV-03), a member of the House Armed Services Committee and the Congressional Military Family Caucus, highlighted several requests she made to House appropriators to invest in Nevada's servicemembers, veterans, and military families in the Fiscal Year 2019 Appropriations bill. Approximately 56,000 veterans call Nevada's Third Congressional District home.

"Investing in programs that provide resources and opportunities to our military families is our responsibility as a country," said Rosen. "We are forever grateful to those who are serving or have served for their sacrifice for our country, and I will continue to prioritize funding that supports their success."
