Consistent support of border security funding.Cosponsored the Securing America's Future Act (H.R. 4760), which strengthens our southern border security by investing in new technology, improving, modernizing, and expanding our ports of entry, and hiring an additional 5,000 Border Patrol Agents and 5,000 Customs and Border Protection Officers.Voted in support of "Kate's Law' legislation to strengthen enforcement of our immigration laws and stop sanctuary city policies (H.R. 3004).Voted in support of the No Sanctuary for Criminals Act (H.R. 3003) to prevent violent criminal aliens from being released from ICE custody in cities with dangerous sanctuary policies.
