Issue Position

All of us owe a debt of gratitude to our country's bravest individuals - the men and women in uniform who've served our Nation and given their lives in defense of freedom and liberty.

These men and women, and their families, deserve every effort we can make to thank them for their service. I've supported efforts in Congress to reform the Veterans Administration and make it more accountable, give Veterans more healthcare options and greater education benefits, and help post-9/11 Veterans transition to civilian life.
