"It's deeply frustrating that this week, at the last minute, Republican leaders chose to go to their partisan corner & put forward their own, harmful bill that would hurt people w/ pre-existing conditions & impose extreme, new restrictions on women's access to safe, legal abortion

I've worked, for months, across the aisle on legislation to help bring down premiums and undo some of the Republican health care sabotage we've seen over the last year.

I am still at the table ready to keep negotiating toward a solution and I hope my Republican colleagues will reconsider and join me to get a health care deal done for patients and families."
