Congressman Clay Higgins (R-LA) issued the following statement in response to President Trump's announcement of his four-pillar security strategy for the United States.

"President Trump is reversing the failures of the previous 8 years with a new, bold strategy that prioritizes American safety. His commitment to empower frontline defenders and military generals in the field has led to historic gains in the fight against ISIS.
