Today, U.S. Senator John Barrasso (R-WY), chairman of the Senate Committee on Environment and Public Works (EPW), praised the Senate's confirmation of Susan Parker Bodine to serve as assistant administrator for the Office of Enforcement and Compliance Assurance at the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). The Senate confirmed Bodine by voice vote.
"Susan Bodine will do an outstanding job leading the Environmental Protection Agency's enforcement office," said Barrasso. "She is dedicated to helping communities and holding polluters accountable. Susan served as my general counsel at the committee and I know she will do well in this leadership role. I am so glad the Senate confirmed her to this important position."
