I believe in guaranteed lifetime coverage for all people. For the foreseeable future we have the Affordable Care Act (ACA) as the law of the land. I will fight to keep those protections in place while looking for innovative ways to reduce costs, improve upon the existing legislation, and fight to stop any attempts to take away coverage from those who have insurance as a result of the ACA.

No one should be denied coverage for a pre-existing condition.

There should be no cap on lifetime maximums.

No one should have to choose between paying their bills and getting treatment for a medical need.

Preventative care must be included. It not only increases life expectancy but also reduces the overall lifetime care costs.
