Today, Senator Thom Tillis (R-NC) issued the following statement after the House released its tax reform proposal, the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act:
"Reforming our nation's tax code will lead to bigger paychecks for hardworking North Carolinians and Americans across the country by stimulating jobs and economic growth. The House proposal released today is an excellent step toward delivering on the tax reform the American people have been waiting for. In the weeks ahead, I look forward to working with my House and Senate colleagues to get a bill on the President's desk."
