Senate Passes FY 2018 Budget

The United States Senate has approved a budget resolution for Fiscal Year 2018. U.S. Senator Deb Fischer (R-Neb.) released the following statement after voting in support of the resolution:

"The budget the Senate passed tonight puts Congress on a path to deliver relief for middle class families through tax reform. I look forward to working with Nebraskans and my colleagues to reduce unfair tax burdens, simplify our outdated tax code, and grow the American economy."
