Colorado U.S. Senator Michael Bennet today issued the following statement in response to Health and Human Services Secretary Tom Price's resignation:

"Secretary Price made a career of pretending to care about fiscal responsibility. His disregard for the taxpayer reflects a greater problem of the President and his appointees, who seem to violate the public trust on a daily basis. The swamp feels a whole lot deeper than it did nine months ago."
