Congressman Steve Womack (AR-3) released today the following statement after President Donald Trump imposed new economic sanctions on North Korea:

"Time and again North Korea has ignored international law. The Kim Jong Un regime continues to threaten not only the United States, but also our allies. I support the President's recent sanctions in an effort to bring about a denuclearized North Korea and a return to global stability."
