Walz Announces Support of Rep. Nolan Legislation to Approve PolyMet Land Swap

Today, U.S. Representative Tim Walz (MN-01) released the following statement announcing his support for H.R. 3115:
"One of the hallmarks of our Minnesota way of life is our spirit of innovation and our ability to reject false choices. We can create good-paying middle class jobs on the Range and make sure we do so in an environmentally sound way. We can and must do both, and we must do so by requiring a robust environmental review process. That's why I am supportive of Rep. Nolan's legislation. After over 10 years of environmental review and approval by the Obama Administration, we must honor the process by ensuring it moves forward."
