"I have long said the Affordable Care Act needs major fixes including repealing the Cadillac tax and medical device tax. However, threatening to withhold resources required by law is not a solution but an act of sabotage. These political games will dramatically increase health care costs for our families and businesses while creating massive market instability. I will work with anyone - Republicans, Democrats and Independents - to improve health care, but I cannot support such a reckless move."
