Congressman Sean Duffy (R-WI) today released the following statement on Senator Tammy Baldwin's opposition to Judge Neil Gorsuch's nomination to the Supreme Court.
"It is shameful that Senator Baldwin is denouncing someone as unquestionably qualified as Judge Gorsuch before even meeting with him. Justice Scalia's death was on the mind of the majority of Wisconsinites when they went to the polls in November- they want this Supreme Court vacancy filled and they're sick of obstruction and political games. Judge Gorsuch deserves a fair review from Senator Baldwin. It's time for her to do her job."
