Today, Congressman Michael McCaul (TX-10) -- Chairman of the Homeland Security Committee and a senior member of the Foreign Affairs Committee -- released the below statement on the death of Otto Warmbier.

Chairman McCaul: "I send my deepest condolences to Otto Warmbier's family, friends, and loved ones, and stand with the President and my colleagues in Congress in condemning this act of gross negligence.
