Sessions Stands with Indian-Americans

Statement

Date: March 8, 2017
Location: Washington, DC

U.S. Congressman Pete Sessions (R-TX), Chairman of the House Committee on Rules, released the following statement in response to recent hate related crimes towards Indian-Americans:

"I condemn in the strongest terms the recent attacks on Indian's and Indian-Americans that have occurred in the United States. Simply put, these attacks are the actions of a very small number of hateful distributed individuals and should not be taken in any way as a reflection of our true American values or our attitude as a nation that stands united in condemning prejudice and evil in all its forms."
