In response to President Trump's remarks at the joint session of Congress, Rep. Henry Cuellar (D-TX-28) said,
"Health care must be affordable and accessible to all Americans. The Affordable Care Act has gotten us a long way toward that goal, and the

disasters predicted by its opponents never materialized. My colleagues and I need to focus on fixing its problems, not stripping health care from millions of families."
