Cotton Statement on Dispute between Qatar and Other Middle Eastern Countries

U.S. Senator Tom Cotton (R-Arkansas) today released the following statement on the dispute between Qatar and other Middle Eastern countries:
"This is a time for unity among our Gulf partners to combat jihadism and Iran's malign activities, but it must be a genuine unity grounded in deeds and not just words. Qatar's leaders have committed to a joint effort to defeat terrorism, but that effort is greatly hampered by Qatar's support for Hamas and other radical groups and its inadequate measures to shut down terror financing from its territory. I urge the Qataris to take tangible, positive steps toward a sustainable resolution."
