Today, Governor Pete Ricketts issued a statement following news that state general fund tax receipts fell $9 million short of projections during May.

"Today's revenue report is a reminder that uncertain revenues require continued fiscal constraint by state agencies. We will continue to monitor tax receipts closely, and manage our budget carefully to protect taxpayers."
