Good morning. Today, we'll be hearing from two Circuit nominees and one nominee to the Court of Federal Claims. Congratulations to all of you and to your families and welcome to the Committee.
Before we start today's hearing, I just wanted to acknowledge what happened at the GOP baseball practice this morning. We're praying for all who were there and those who are injured. And I want to thank the two Capitol Police officers who were wounded and the others who were there to stop the situation from being even worse than it was.
