Congressman Jim Banks (IN-03) made the following statement regarding ongoing efforts in the House of Representatives to repeal and replace Obamacare.

"I remain committed to repealing Obamacare and replacing it with conservative reforms that will increase competition, lower costs and create more choices. I am hopeful that House Republicans can come together to end Obamacare's burdensome taxes and regulations and pass free-market reforms that will benefit all Americans. I also will continue pushing for a permanent repeal of the medical device tax, a vital priority for northeast Indiana."
