Bost Applauds Executive Order to Help Rural and Agricultural Communities

U.S Representative Mike Bost (IL-12) issued the following statement following the announcement of an executive order to promote agriculture and rural prosperity:
"The executive order announced today is welcome news for Southern Illinois," said Bost. "For too long, federal agencies and policymakers have failed to fully consider the impacts of their policies on rural and agricultural communities like ours, and in many cases have ignored rural America entirely. This executive action demonstrates a new commitment to developing and supporting policies that will help struggling rural communities become more vibrant and prosperous places to live, start a business, and raise a family."
