Rep. Ron DeSantis (FL-06) released the following statement regarding House passage of H.R. 1259, the VA Accountability First Act:

"The VA Accountability First Act is an important bill that will begin the process of reforming the VA to better serve our veterans. The Act promises to cut through some of the bureaucracy and red tape that has hindered accountability within the agency. This bill puts the interests of the veteran first and I was happy to support it."
