Senator John Hoeven today issued the following statement in response to the Administration's revised executive order on screening of foreign nationals:
"Keeping Americans safe is our top priority. Given the very real threat of terrorism, at home and abroad, it is reasonable to take a temporary pause to lawfully review our refugee program and ensure that we have a strong screening process in place to make America safer."
