Gov. Ricketts Praises Tax Reform Plan Advancement

Today, Governor Pete Ricketts issued a statement following news that the Revenue Committee had advanced a tax reform plan containing the Governor's ag property tax and income tax reform plans.

"This is great news for growing Nebraska. Thank you to Chairman Jim Smith and the Revenue Committee for their meticulous work on this plan, which includes ag property tax and income tax reforms. These reforms will bring much-needed tax relief for hardworking Nebraska families, small businesses, and entrepreneurs. I look forward to working with senators as the plan receives consideration by the full Legislature."
