Senator Thom Tillis (R-NC) today released the following statement:

"It's outrageous that President Obama has chosen to end his presidency by rewarding WikiLeaks and one of their enablers. Manning is a traitor who handed military and state secrets to WikiLeaks, putting our troops in danger. President Obama's commutation of Manning's sentence is the ultimate act of disrespect to our troops, our intelligence community, and our allies."
