Catherine Cortez Masto for Senate released a new television ad today highlighting the Reno Gazette-Journal's endorsement of Cortez Masto's campaign. In their endorsement, the RGJ praised Cortez Masto's record as Attorney General, noting "while Nevada's Attorney General, she prioritized the fight against sex trafficking," and that Catherine "would better ensure that more Nevadans have their concerns represented in the U.S. Senate." The RGJ also criticized Congressman Joe Heck in its endorsement, referencing Heck threatening to shut down the federal government and his "numerous votes against Planned Parenthood."
