Kelly for NH Releases New TV AD: "Unaffordable"

A day after the White House confirmed a significant increase in health insurance premiums for the upcoming year, Kelly for New Hampshire released a new TV ad, "Unaffordable," featuring Granite Staters discussing their struggles to afford rising health care costs due to Obamacare. The ad notes that Hassan continues to support the law, despite its impact on New Hampshire families, and features a clip of former President Bill Clinton's recent comment that Obamacare is the "craziest thing in the world."

Hassan has praised the law as a way to "improve affordability and increase choices," but New Hampshire has unfortunately seen the exact opposite: health care is more unaffordable with fewer choices. Last month, Maine-based Community Health Options announced it was leaving New Hampshire's exchange, forcing about 11,000 Granite Staters to find new insurance coverage.

"Maggie Hassan can't stand up to her party -- She supports the broken health care law that even Bill Clinton called, "the craziest thing in the world,'" the ad says.
