Location: Hanford, CA

On Tuesday, Trail Political Action Committee (TPAC) announced its endorsement of U.S. Congressman David G. Valadao's reelection bid to the U.S. House of Representatives in California's 21st Congressional District.

Following the announcement, Congressman Valadao stated, "As an avid off-roader, I strongly support legislation that protects public access to public lands for responsible recreational use. I will continue to advocate on behalf of the recreation community and work with my colleagues to protect and preserve access to public lands."

Congressman Valadao worked alongside Congressmen Jeff Denham and Sam Farr to pass the Clear Creek National Recreation Area and Conservation Act (H.R. 1838) in the House, a top priority to TPAC.

"We deeply appreciate Congressman Valadao's hard work to ensure that recreationists have continued access to high-quality, sustainable, trail-based recreation on federal lands through his common sense bipartisan efforts, including H.R. 1838," TPAC founder Don Amador said. "I believe recreationists need to send this access champion back to Washington D.C. in November."
