Tell the Supreme Court to Protect Immigrant Families!

Press Release

Date: April 20, 2016
Issues: Legal Immigration

Imagine growing up in the United States, pledging allegiance to our flag, playing on the high school football team, graduating at the top of your class -- only to be told you and your family are to be deported, effective immediately. That's not what America is about.

President Obama took bold executive action, deferring the deportation for millions of law-abiding undocumented immigrants who came here as children or are the parents of citizens. This month, the Supreme Court is hearing a case challenging these actions. If the Supreme Court strikes down President Obama's executive actions, millions of families will once again live under the threat of deportation.

The Supreme Court needs to hear from you: Tell the Justices to stand up for immigrant families and uphold DACA and DAPA!

At the end of the day, it all comes down to this: We need comprehensive immigration reform. That's what I'm going to fight for in Congress. But until Congress acts, we need these executive actions in place. We can't let the Supreme Court move us backwards.

Join me in taking action: Sign this petition and tell the Supreme Court to stand up for immigrant families!
