Ron believes in strengthening and preserving Social Security so that senior citizens receive the benefits they are due. He teamed up with Senator Rubio to introduce the Let Seniors Work Act, which would eliminate both the 12.4% payroll tax and the retirement earnings test for seniors. He is also an original co-sponsor of a measure to eliminate taxes on Social Security benefits, thereby ending unfair double taxation and helping seniors without bankrupting the program.
