Issue Position

The original intent of a citizen's government -- a government of the people, by the people, for the people -- has been largely lost in the current trend of career politicians. Political office was never meant to be a career choice. Those who were elected to serve were expected to do exactly that -- serve. Then step aside, return to their communities, and allow someone else to serve in their place. That way, the elected representatives would not lose touch with the normal, everyday, hardworking family's priorities. My commitment is to not serve more than three terms if elected. I never want to forget where I came from and who elected me.
