Congressman Mark DeSaulnier (CA-11) issued the following statement in response to UC Berkeley's announcement regarding the indefinite suspension of the Global Campus in Richmond.
"While we are deeply disappointed about the announced suspension of the UC Berkeley Global Campus in Richmond, we will continue to work with the city, the UC system, our national labs, and the state to pursue every opportunity to develop this valuable site for the benefit of our residents and the community," said Congressman DeSaulnier.
