Today, Governor Pete Ricketts issued a statement following a decision by the Nebraska Accountability and Disclosure Commission to fine Senator Bill Kintner of Papillion for misusing state property.

"In light of the Nebraska Accountability and Disclosure Commission's decision, Senator Kintner should resign his office immediately. Period."
