Getting Government Out of the Way. Letting Americans Do What They Do Best.

With their strong work ethic, ingenuity, and determination, the people throughout Louisiana embody what's best about America. Unfortunately, government over-regulation and wasteful spending prevent us from unleashing our full potential to better our families and communities. Every day, all across Louisiana and America, Obama's failed big-government economic policies hit home. And hit hard.

That's why I'm committed to fighting the growth of government. I've opposed corporate bailouts, the so-called "stimulus" packages, and the reckless spending of the Obama administration. That's why I've voted to reduce the tax burden on American workers.

As a small business owner I've seen up-close and personal how excessive regulation burdens the foundation of our economy. My battle to protect our small businesses has led the Small Business and Entrepreneurship Council to name me a 100% Pro-Entrepreneur Champion Voter.

I trust the people of Louisiana to work hard, start successful businesses, and boost the economy. And I challenge the government to get out of the way and leave more of your hard earned money in your pocket so you're free to choose how to spend it.

I trust America's workers and business owners to do what's right. That's why I'll keep working hard to reduce the size of government…and set the American spirit of hard work and private ownership free to do what no amount of Washington regulators and bureaucrats could ever do--lift themselves and our economy toward a brighter, more prosperous future.
